Player jacks 15k and "logs off"

So, i'm trying to move off of the bad realm that my gold and bank toon is still on. Ally side doesn't have anything worth buying, so I manage to move my gold to horde side.

I made a deal with someone, offered a big tip, for them to get the gold to Horde side, get what I need, keep the change, and repost the stuff for 1c each so I can buy on ally side, and then move it when I am able to xfer.

Was all in chat logs, and agreed upon and everything. Verbal contract. Well, I did my part, and he goes afk, but for not even 5 min, and then "dcs". Takes a lot longer than 5 min to DC when AFK!

I opened a ticket, but my patience is running very low.

I've spent over $800 in realm xfers, moving toons around. Put WAY too much money into this game. I would like this handled really quick, getting the money returned to me, but preferably to my horde toon on this realm, as a kind gesture, considering the hell I've gone through and money I've wasted in xferring around, trying 2 find a stable realm!

Since I have the ticket open, could I just talk directly to a GM in game so this can be worked out. I don't want to do this over forums, and I don't want to wait till tomorrow and start off my day w/ a mountain of stress. I'd rather fix the issue, get my toon off of that realm, and go to bed, knowing that Blizzard saved the day!

Oh, i'm aware, but I'm calling in the "I've paid more money than I should have" card. The GMs I've talked to, about my unique xfer issues and whatnot, said they'd "try to help me out", and none have come through for me. So, they can at least do this. There's not much to investigate. It's all right in plain sight.

This will of course be looked into from your petition, but please bear in mind these sorts of player arrangements are absolutely NOT supported, nor is transferring anything cross faction through the AH.
