Upgrading account through Online Account Mana

From a trial? No. That's to get you the full vanilla version of the game. Each expansion is separate.

The only one that comes with the free month is Vanilla, no matter how you come by it.

That's included in the Battlechest - so that's why it's there.

You might check at some of your local software stores, they often have the Battlechest on sale, it may be less expensive than the online option.

Not quite certain what you mean here, a Battlechest would have them all included.

I'd ONLY deal with reputable stores. By 'seller' you mean a retail outlet? Be very careful buying from anyone else as the keys could quite possibly already have been used and they are one-time use only - ever.

Ahhh, I am sorry, it would be vanilla and Burning Crusade. There may very well be one at a future time once Cataclysm is released. Sorry about that.
