Ingame casino! How much spam is too much?

Although opting into an ingame casino is not against the rules of the game, I am asking a question on how the advertisement policy is held. Spamming is completely against the rules, but am I aloud to post in trade chat once every couple of minutes or so? 1 Post in a matter of 5mins I do not believe is disrupting the trade chat.

Thoughts?
