Can't start the Fires event in Goldshire

I have been logging in regularly through this Hallow's End holiday to do the daily quests on all my alts, but today I have run into a little issue. After successfully completing both the "Stop the Fires"/"Let the Fires Come" quest and the "Smash the Pumpkin" quest on two toons, I cannot seem to start the event again on any of my other alts. The only quest the Matron offers up is "Stop the Fires", yet Goldshire is perfectly free from fires and there is no sign of the Horseman, and it has been this way for a couple of hours. Is the Horseman on strike? Did we really kill him for good in the Monastery earlier today? What gives???

Have you recently abandoned/re-accepted the quest from the Matron? The event should prompt once you accept the Stop the Fires quest. >^.^<

Alright, I've gone ahead and had her reset on Korialstraz as well, Yasnah. It may take a few minutes, but she should be back soon.
