Where my ticket?

I made a ticket the other day and when I got on yesterday it said my ticket was escalated. I got on today and its gone, with no response, no in game mail and no email. Who deleted it?

Once a ticket has been escalated, you will no longer see the ticket icon.

Based on what I can see, your petition is still being looked into, once the issue has been resolved you will be contacted by a Game Master via e-mail.

The character still exists which makes the name unavailable on that realm. I can however see that the character has been inactive for quite some time.

In this case the ticket was more than likely escalated due to your follow up request in regards to freeing up the name. This is game master's territory and as soon as they have an answer they will e-mail you. =)
