Had Char Locked After Faction Change

Hey,

Last week I hit 80 as horde, and faction changed to Alliance (my other toon is alliance, leveled as horde for something different), got some gear, did some heroics. For whatever reason, a day or 2 later I get an email saying payment was declined, yet I could see the card authorisation on my credit card statement. Rang blizzard customer support and got my character unlocked, the guy I spoke to just reveresed the process, so I could redo the process. However, I have lost everything I did while I was alliance for those two days..Is it possible 2 have them restored?

I was basically rolled back to a freshly dinged. Lost my gold, a few pieces of 264 gear I bought, and a boat load of miscellaneous items. ETA for GM to answer is 7 days or something ridiculous, thought Id post here and try my luck.

You'd want to followup with this through a petition, Vale.

Basically a roll-back does put things to their pre-transfer status.
