"Your ticket has been escalated"

About 10 days ago I opened up a ticket asking for character restoration. My ticket has been escalated, it says. But the ticket has been getting in the way of my buffs and I duel all the time! How long is this going to take, its been escalated for like a week! I could have been at like level 40!!! Please help me

I do not see any 10 day old ticket, Badxevil. :/

I however do see a ticket that has been opened for 5 days and has been escalated. Our in game response time is around: 7d: 14h: 01m. Once our game masters get to you petition they will do everything they can to restore your character.

Keep in mind that submitting multiple petitions will not speed up the process.
