Tailoring specialties/inscription

OK i have read some posts already on the tailoring specialties being removed but i was hoping someone could share a link,cause i saw no mention of those specialties being removed and its a rather big kick in the head.

I have 3 tailors and i would like to know if this change is permanent,or if blizzard is planning to change this back.

my other question is related to inscription:i thought i had all the glyphs until i noticed that i didnt have glyph of vanish,now i cant learn anything more from the books and every time i do the north rend training it just gives me scrolls.

Is it random now,cause i thought i was guaranteed a glyph each day till i learned em all so why am i unable to learn this glyph,i don't know if there's any others i don't know.
