Faction Change Help

I've been trying to Faction Change for three days now and can't get any help from a GM. I am unable to FC because this toon is the Captain of an arena team. I have a ticket open to have the team transferred to my Paladin so that I can go through w/ the FC, but no action has been taken on it. I am getting a lil impatient. Does Blizz not want my $30? Normally I'd just have dealt w/ this on my own in 5min, but because the season is over and we can't access arena teams, I need outside help from a GM. Can I get some assistance in this forum faster than waiting on the in-game ticket???

I see your first petition here, Luohan. You reported having difficulties disbanding from this team and were sent instructions on resetting your UI. Did you do that?

/teamdisband 3v3 should work, if it's not - it quite likely is a UI issue.

Now, as far as giving this to another of your characters as you've requested in your second (and open) petition, that would have to be investigated to see if we could accommodate that request, honestly not sure if we can do that or not.
