Character deletion time

I will be transfering servers hopefully within the next day or so. I have a character with the name I want on the server I wish to transfer to. How long does it usually take for a name to be made available once the character with that name has been deleted?

The desired name would only be locked for 90 days if the character currently holding the name is transferred, faction changed or name changed.
