Normally I would wait and wait just to make sure that my ticket will be serviced, as I know that Blizzard does have a limited staff and are working as hard as they can. I do also know from research that there is a chance with an escalated ticket, that it will bug, and show an open ticket for me, and not for the Gamemasters. Which is why I am making this forum post, just to see if a Blue can verify, that my ticket isn't indeed glitched. I've had my ticket up for quite a few days, and just want to know if it needs to be canceled and reopened. Thank you in advance for your answer or any help I can find for this.

It is still open, and it looks like this may be possible, but it will need to be researched further.

Right now escalations are taking awhile, I'd just leave that request open in the queue.
