Normally I would wait and wait just to make sure that my ticket will be serviced, as I know that Blizzard does have a limited staff and are working as hard as they can. I do also know from research that there is a chance with an escalated ticket, that it will bug, and show an open ticket for me, and not for the Gamemasters. Which is why I am making this forum post, just to see if a Blue can verify, that my ticket isn't indeed glitched. I've had my ticket up for quite a few days, and just want to know if it needs to be canceled and reopened. Thank you in advance for your answer or any help I can find for this.
