Hi there. I recently submitted a petition and after a long conversation with a GM my request was passed along to the Dev Team. I will not get into the issue on open forums however I would appreciate some expediency in the matter. May I be contacted via e-mail with an update? And if at all possible can we get this sorted out today? Much appreciated.
