I referred my friend to play. We're within 4 levels of each other, we've grouped and done quests together within 100 yards. She's not getting triple XP, and I can't summon nor grant levels. Account management says we're linked and she signed up for a 10 day trial. I referred her yesterday, post patch 4.0, is this a known issue? Thanks for your time.

Your friend has two trial accounts. The only one with a character is the one that is NOT linked to yours.
If they make characters on the WoW2 account, this should all work. That also needs to be the one upgraded when she chooses to do so for RAF benefits.
