Escalated Ticket Issue

So you'd think this was just your general "I'm waiting awhile for a ticket".

Well this is a little interesting so I'll try and explain it to the best of my ability. I was waiting on a ticket regarding an issue for a few days, logged on and found it was escalated. Now yesterday (or the day before, I can't remember too well), I was actually messaged by a GM. Usual conversation.

"Hello, this is GM Yaddayadda, how are you today?"
"Yeah I'm alright."

... That's as far as the conversation went. I asked if the GM was alive and received no response. Asked again 3 minutes later, and received the automated message about the GM not being available to chat.

So I'm at a loss here... help?

Sincerely,

Beats.

I'm very sorry the conversation ended abruptly, Beats -not entirely sure what happened there, it could have been a tools issue here - they can pop up from time to time.

Looks like you were answered in an ingame response though on your followup.

Q u o t e:
I'm afraid that when you do the Paid Name Change service it puts the old name on reserve for 90 days. Sadly this is automatic in our systems and not something we are able to override currently. :( 90 days from 10/21 it will free up.

I know that's not the answer you were hoping for, but it is correct. That 90 day lock is automatic and something that we cannot influence.

I'd recommend contacting us again after your old name is past it's cool down and let us see if we can perhaps help facilitate that for you.
