Faction Change Problem - Arena Teams?

I just tried to change the faction of my DK (Neolla, Jubei'thos), and it says that it cannot change factions while being the captain of an arena team. However, I can't disband any of my arena teams (as far as I can tell) through the interface. I've tried the commands however they haven't seemed to work either. If a GM could just delete any of the arena teams belonging to my DK it would be much appreciated.

Yes.

Edit 1: Just tried logging in and of the website, it didn't help, although I didn't think it would >.>;

Edit 2: Still haven't got it working, thought it might be a time thing, but I guess I mightn't have left it long enough.

Edit 3: Mhm ginger cake is the best.

Are you referring to THIS character, Narcisis?

I'm showing this one still a member of all three varieties of teams.

This character is the one I'm referring too. Like I said I have tried the commands but I cannot check if they have actually worked or not, these commands were the correct ones as said by Mr. Greenie up there.

Just looking at my armory, even after trying the 2v2 and 3v3 commands multiple times I still have 2v2 and 3v3 arena teams?

Could you humor me - reset your UI fully and try those again?

I've not heard of any issues at this point with those commands (although there could be), but it's also possible something else is coming into play here.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

More detailed instructions for different operating systems, including Macs are here.

Aha! It worked, thank you very much Sleepy Panda, and sorry for taking time out of your day. Resetting my UI actually fixed a lot of other things so I might have to remember to do this often >.>;

PS - Don't know why people complain about Customer Service but I guess all experiences differ.

Excellent!

Yeah, even folks that have never run an addon in their life - those three little folders can sometimes be the root cause of a lot of things.

I make it a habit to reset my UI after ANY patch, just cause :)

Can't hurt - it often helps.
