Stop the Fires bugged?

The matron can occasionally stall. It will often reset itself, but you could petition in on this.

Be certain the quest name is in the petition, that helps us find this issue a little faster.

This quest is stalled on both servers I play on (Quel'Dorei and Ravencrest), in Brill and Goldshire. I started a ticket and got the response that Blizzard was aware of the issue and was working to solve it. However, the response here seems to indicate that might not be the case? I was given no indication that this was a possible stall of the quest; it seemed pretty clear that this was now a known issue.

So I am not sure what else to do since I have already petitioned at least once about it and was told to watch the forums because when it was fixed something would be posted.

Both of those locations, on both realms should be back shortly, Samira.

On Malfurion server in Brill. Matron only offering 'Stop the Fires!' but HH is not in sight. Did he bug out on all servers and locations or are we special?
