Missing gear since Headless Horseman fight

I entered a headless horseman group and when I moused over the pumpkin WoW froze and I had to restart. When I came back online my boots and pants were missing. Not in my bags, and not in bank. I opened a ticket and was told and email would be sent to my registered email regarding the issue. Still no email and still missing gear. Any advice on how to proceed?
