Error 4.0.0 DL user connection timeout HELP!

I have been trying to download the update for two days so I let it run last night. When I got up this morning it said user connection timeout. I thought that was because I wasn't here to click ok when it was finished last night. However I restarted it and it did it again, almost instantly. A little pop up came up saying it was trying to alter the registry and I had to click allow and I thought perhaps that was the timeout. After clicking to let wow do its thing in the registry it still gave the error, user connection timeout almost instantly. Three more tries, three more time outs.

Any one experience this and fix it?

Are you running Kaspersky? If so, try pausing protection before trying the patch again.
There are other security programs that are also causing this right now, so you may try temporarily disabling or uninstalling them long enough to get the update.

Otherwise, you may try patching in safemode with networking (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21148) or temporarily uninstalling your security software for the duration of the patch installation.
