Open Ticket box covers buff Icons

I have an open ticket and the notification box is covering my buff icons on the top of my screen. It never used to do this. Is there any way of moving it - or better yet just getting rid of it? I really don't need to look at it for days. I know I have an open ticket.

(Normally I wouldn't much care - but I can't stand having a pumpkin for a head and you can't remove it with that silly box there)

Unfortunately, there is no way with the default interface to move or resize that, Tratt.

Another way to report things of this nature would be through email. You can always drop a line to [email protected] - especially for things of this nature. That will work just as well as a petition.
