If he's paid for his second full month, this should be able to be claimed through your Account Management page, Aeian. If two full months have not yet been credited to the account, it won't yet be available.

That depends when it bills, if it's right away, yes. If he still has time remaining and uses a credit card that won't bill until the current time has expired.

Game Cards are applied immediately, that may be an option to pursue.
