To whom it may concern,

I've sent a email from another account I made however after having my hotmail hacked sometime ago they would not accept my email on this issue due to being a different email, Problem is I have misplaced my authenticator and wish to have it removed from my account so I can change my details.

Luckly my info was still saved to login to forums from my home PC, I'm hoping I can find my authenticator soon but until then I need to have it removed on my battlenet account which is linked to this character and account I am now speaking to you on.

Kind Regards,

Pheónix

Posting emails in public places is just a really good way to be targeted for phishes, so I've removed those for you :)

This is another issue where I'd encourage you to speak with Billing. I'm sure you can appreciate why we can't give out information at all until we are certain who it is on the other side, that again...is for your protection.
