After waiting an absurd 35 minutes in queue for a battleground, I ended up getting into one that was already in progress. 15 minutes later, the battleground was over and my side had narrowly won the battleground.
I quickly noticed that my name was not listed on the list of horde players. And as such, I received 0 honor the victory that I had earned. My honor tab shows that I had not gained any honor as a result of a win or loss and that I am still eligible for a win of the day.
I was not marked AFK, I had actively participated in the battleground throughout my duration, and I have tried relogging in the event that the win was somehow delayed or not registering.
This is the second battleground I have joined today and was the second one that was in progress. I did not receive the loss honor that battleground either.
My topic was moved to the bug forum, but the customer service portion of the ticket was never addressed. Clearly this is a bug that is affecting multiple people - can we and will we be compensated for the honor loss that is a direct result of a system problem that is beyond player's control?
I need to know if I should bother continuing to try and PVP until such issues are resolved.
