Account Hacked - Hacker Left a Message

Heya, Just a bit of back story.
I woke up this morning (AU time) and while at work I saw and email

World of Warcraft - Compromised Account Issue sent @ 5:04am

Then a set of emails:
World of Warcraft - Character Restoration Sent @
5:09am
5:09am
5:11am
5:30am
5:30am
7:02am.

Also a request to reset my password, and I did so.

After this I basically came home logged onto Cata beta did some raid testing and logged off to go out with friends. I get home and I log into WoW only to find that there is an open message to GM's which I did not write, so I was quite surprised when reading it:

I've blanked out my name, however they must have gotten it through Real ID.

This seems really really really really odd, their English doesn't seem to be good, as you can see it says especially the line 'I was GM of a pretty large guild "Adept"' and a reference to 1100k rather than 1.1m

So naturally I start to get a bit paranoid and I look through everything only to realise the Guild Bank Gold has not been returned, while the rest of my gear/personal gold had been returned:

Breesy, it looks like your case is taking a bit longer to process than usual, due to the fairly unique circumstances. However, it is currently being reviewed and should be addressed shortly. >^.^<
