Enchant Materials Theft

In trade I found someone to do an enchant for me. I passed the materials to him in a trade window and then unfortunetly my internet connection cut out. When I got back on a couple minutes later he was gone, and so were my mats. Yaaay.

I opened a ticket too, and nothing from Blizzard, now hours later. The materials cost a lot of gold, so I am pretty miffed.

Cases like this very well could be assisted by our Game Masters, Saintjade. Especially if you made a pre-determined agreement with the player for this trade.
