Banned for Advertisement and Spamming ?

Hello! So, I have been banned for Advertisement and Spamming! Yes.. But the thing is: I don't even TALK in the chat ! Just with my friends. This is the acc of a friend, i asked her to post this to me cause i can't even post in the forum.
I was just playing cool last night without any problem. Please, I want a GM to review this for me and also give me the proof that I have done this because, sincerely, I didn't.

I can take a closer look at the issue, JordanÃ¤, if you can provide me the name and realm of a character from the account you are experiencing issues on.

But my hunch is that, if you are certain you did not violate any spamming policies, that there may have been unauthorized access on your account. I don't want to leap to any conclusions, however, before I'm able to take a peek. >^.^<

I'm afraid I can't really go into detail here on the forums. This is in the best interest of protecting your account security, as I'm sure you can understand.

It does look like your account was accessed by an IP that I suspect is not your usual play address, since it's located halfway across the world from your consistent address. That's the best I can provide - the information I provided above should help you identify the source of your compromise and allow you to retrieve your account.
