Cant access my character

Hello, I transferred character from one account to another and he is now locked out. I have escalated to gm and was directed to billing. I sent billing emails but have gotten no results. Blue, please help... is DK morrax on quel'dorei us server.

Billing would be the best way to followup on this, it was suspended because something flagged this transaction as suspicious. That would be for your protection.

Mail at the moment is likely to take longer.

While it may at times be challenging to get into the phone queue, issues that can be resolved on the phone are ultimately faster.
