"Couldn't validate code"

I'm aware of the bug with Landro's Gift Box, but now I'm having an issue with another loot card I'm trying to redeem.

It's the Center of Attention/Instant Statue loot card, and I've redeemed it through the promotion code retrieval page. However, when I try to get the item from Landro Longshot in Booty Bay, I get the error "Couldn't validate code, please try again" message.

I'd appreciate any help, I just can't seem to win : \

I'm not aware of any issues with that particular code, Sarahnamo. Just to be certain have you tried disabling any addons you may have installed?

I'm not entirely certain if it will have an effect, Sarahnamo, but you may want to try a full UI reset by deleting your Interface, WTF and Cache folder.

Beyond that, make sure you are entering the code that you obtained through the promotion page correctly and if you continue to experience an issue give our Billing department a call.
