Horrible service.

About 6 days ago now I reached Blizzard in need of my account being restored after being hacked for the first time in like 4 years I've been playing. They said they would have it restored within 3 days. Ive since tried to get in contact with support to try and see whats going on but I find it easier to find a magical spoon in a box of forks. I'm not even sure if posting here will do anything but what else do i have to do when all they've said to me is to "Play normally" With no gear or gold. Am i supposed to go buy gold from the hackers so that i can play an alt normally or what? Ive waited patiently and I understand things are messed up right after the big patch but even my patience is at its limits when i cant even get a hold of anyone to talk about my account. This is probably the first time since I've been playing that I've been so unhappy with the service i have received.

I know I'm not the only one having trouble but I believe that my 15 bucks a month gives me the right to piss and moan on the forums when I'm not even able to play. Thanks for listening to my whining.
