Missing BoA gear

I have sent in three tickets about my missing BoA cloth shoulders "Tattered Dreadmist Mantle"
I am starting to get VERY frustrated!
The first response I got was Blizzard saying that they could not replace my missing enchants.... WTF!? What does my missing boa shoulders have anything to do with enchants?! I feel like whoever answered my ticket didn't even read it.
The Second response was my ticket deleted and taken off without a response at all! Wow thanks a lot for NO EFFORT!
I am still waiting on my third response.

I know I used them on my mage Enchanted. Then when my mage got to level 80 I stuck them in my hunter, Fælyn's bank. When I went to get them out the other day, along with all of my other cloth boa, that particular piece had disappeared.

Is there ANYONE with enough time and patience to look into this for me? I am at wits end looking on all of my toons in every bank, bag, etc. Did I overlook it? Or is it really gone like I think? I am receiving no answers!

I apologize for the response you have received regarding your issue, it seems that it was confused with one of our current issues that concerns enchants. I am trying to look into the issue and see what I can find. Currently, I am unable to locate the item on your character's Fælyn and Enchanted.

Can you provide a bit more information for me please?

  • When was the last time you remember seeing the item, maybe date?

  • Is there a possibility it was mailed and never received?

  • Any other character on your account that may have had this item?


I was able to locate Tattered Dreadmist Robe, but not mantle, with this information I can pass that along to the GM that can assist you.

EDIT: Exquisite Sunderseer Mantle. Those are the PvP ones from Wintergrasp.

If I am looking for "Exquisite Sunderseer Mantle" then that item was transferred with a character to another account.

If I am looking for Tattered Dreadmist Mantle, I am unable to locate that item.
