Disconnect While on LK fight

On wed 10/20/10 around 10:15pm Thrall Server time. Was doing a guild Run 25man on LK fight about mid way I got DC. So I quickly reloged in to get back to the fight but for some reason I was ported out of the instance and Unable to get back in cause the fight is still going on! Now I have opened up 2 tickets aswell as my Guild leaders! My first 2 responses from GMs are 1 you were not in game during the fight which I was 2 the next time you die dont release . I have been working long time and put many many hours of face time on the LK with my guild so you could imagine my frustration that I loose out on loot and my acheivment. Also during the night of raiding random people would get dc for whatever reason and be ported out of the instance when relogin back in. Is this a bug or a new thing since the patch and if not I should have my achievment

Ebonwood,

It's unfortunate that you had to go through this issue, however our game masters are not able to provide you with an achievement that you did not earn. While I understand you were disconnected and then removed from the instance, your participation is required 100% of the time.

I'm sorry but you will need to attempt to get the achievement once again.
