Hacked account banned while stolen what now?

I was barely playing back in the mid of 2009 and my account and email were hacked. I spent about two days trying to fix and get it back but nothing worked and I got frustrated and because I wasn't even barely playing anymore I just gave up. I wanted to play again months down the road and after the whole merge your account to b.net thing happened I couldn't even find my old account and my old information wouldn't work anymore under the name or email I had on it. Since then I have made a trial account and upgraded it t oVanilla WoW under the old account email and when I try and do the account recovery thats all I am seeing. Is there anyway I can get my old account back?

It was under my name and I have all necessary information you would need except because of the battle.net merge I no longer have the email you use to log in with it. I know the original log in and I know the characters on it. Heck, I searched them up to see if the hacker would be stupid enough and sure enough I can see some of my character, not all are there, logged into back in July of this year.

I tried desperately doing all the stuff in the Help section and Account Recovery but it isn't set up for my problem. Please, please if a blue could post and list what I need to do. I remember it getting hacked into years and years ago and I had to fax in a form a identification which I have no problem doing. I just want my old account back now that I am really wanting to play again and would love my old characters.

I haven't tried calling yet because I know when I explain it they will just pull up my new account tied to the email I had on it in the past sicne my account I am trying to get back was before the battle.net merge or am I wrong?

Also - I have my serial codes from my Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich Kings attached to the old account if that helps. Tried to find a place to plug those in but no luck.

2nd Edit - Sorry this is getting really long, I found an old email showing my account name and has ACCOUNT NAME:

Listed with the correct things above but theres another email in there, I don't know how I didn't see it, that has a change of email and in the email it says, "Once the new address has been verified, the e-mail address "Edited out" can no longer be used to log in to this Battle.net account or any World of Warcraft accounts merged with this Battle.net account. " Even found the email showing where when I merged my account to a battle.net account =[ Wish I found these in my messy inbox months ago..

So thats why I can't find it listed under the account name or email, so what do I do now?
