Previous ticket

A previous ticket I made had edited information in about a few items that didn't get converted during the 4.0.1 change that was said to change and a few other things. When my ticket was "addressed" all I received was a letter in the mail concerning my first non-edited version of my ticket and no way further address my ticket like normal. I had various other bug reports I wanted to ticket in game since I find going to the Bug forums quite disrupting from my normal routine(And besides my browser seems to hate loading that page). Was my added issues ever addressed or were they skipped? I really hate it when CS rushes things like this. I find it's really disrespectful, causes more confusion, and wastes a lot more time then required... :/

Our game masters will try to answer all your questions, Wiredmana. Unfortunately in this case it looks like they may have missed the information regarding bugs, however we do appreciate you taking the time to report these issues.

As others have mentioned, bugs are to be reported via our big forums.

If possible please submit your report via the bug report forum.
