Your ticket is normally escalated if needed, Frags. Based on what I can see, it appears there may have been some confusion on the issue you are experiencing.
We have received reports that the following command may help.
/Cast <Profession> Change <profession> to whatever profession you are experiencing an issue with. Example: /cast enchanting
