GM Escalation email?

Is there an email I can go to escalate an issue I have? My character has been bugged in game, and I am working on my third help ticket to get it resolved. Each time I have gotten the same GM. Apparently the tier1 service isn't cutting it. They close out my tickets with no chance to respond at all, and tell me something cannot be reimbursed, eventhough I am not asking for something to be reimbursed, but be fixed.

Anyways, since the tier1 service I am getting is very very poor, is there any support I can contact that can actually fix my bug?

Your ticket is normally escalated if needed, Frags. Based on what I can see, it appears there may have been some confusion on the issue you are experiencing.

We have received reports that the following command may help.

/Cast <Profession>

Change <profession> to whatever profession you are experiencing an issue with. Example: /cast enchanting
