Open ticket bubble is covering my buffs

I have an open ticket and the notification about that is covering up all my buffs. I know one is meant to appear below the other, but it's not happening. This is just on the standard Blizzard UI.

Is there some trick to getting the notification to move, or anything that will turn it off completely? I know I have a ticket open, I don't need a bubble up there all the time telling me! :)

I went ahead and did some digging and it looks like this issue is already known to our Quality Assurance folks. >^.^< In the mean time, however, I'm afraid I'm unable to provide a direct workaround. I have heard say that there's some addons that will allow you to move this window, but take that with the caveat that this isn't an "official" workaround.
