Missing bank bag

I seem to be missing a bag that was in my last bank slot. Can't remember if I did anything purposeful or accidental with it, or not sure if this was a recent bug. Seems this was recent though. Is it possible to let me know? Thanks.

From what we can see, Mydea, it appears you have several Primal mooncloth bags inside one of your bank bags. As to the exact missing bag, it would require one of our game masters to further look into it for you.

You are more than welcome to submit an in game ticket and our game masters will do their best to find out what happened.
