Wont let me resubscribe to game

I tried to log into one of my accounts today and got the message that my pre paid gametime on that account is used up. The thing is I don't use game cards I use a debit card online. The debit card in question is not expired and still has pleanty of money on it plus another account I have that is under the same card is working fine. When I went to battlenet and log in on the account that's not working it says it's unsubscribed. I've tried to resubscribed but it wont let me. The debit cards infomation is saved but it wont let me select it and resubscribe with it. I've tried selecting to add a new card and to enter the cards infomation again but it wont accept it because the cards already saved. I don't have any other card to use so is there anything I can do to resubscribe to the game appart from going out and buying a game card?

I'm afraid there is very little advice I can offer besides contacting our Billing department in a case like this, Rhock.

They should be able to see what's going and and help sort this out for you.
