Just got hacked account back!But...

So on sunday I called blizzard up to get my account back.
I told them that the toons were sever transfered cause I couldnt armory them.
Turns out they were faction changed too,.. so I asked the lady if blizz was able to send them back to
the realm where they were at and if I could get a faction change back to ally. She said if it was from a different IP address than I could. Turns out it was. So she said it would happen!
But I never got the server transfer or faction change.

It looks like your issue should have been resolved, and an e-mail response sent to your registered e-mail address, Zethøn.

I'd like to clarify this statement - we may only be able to reverse illegitimate transfers if we are able to verify that they were done from a compromised source. This may not always be the case, and as such, restoration may not be guaranteed.

If you are concerned about your account being accessed by another party, it would be best to ensure that your account information is completely private and known only to you.
