Wtb update

Hello CS forum!

My Brother's account was hacked last week. He has submitted the account retrieval form and regained access to his email since then. However, he has not heard back as to whether or not all the information he submitted was received from Blizz. Has emailed and tried calling for the last couple days. Apparently the account is back, but an authenticator is still attached to it, and that is the major issue now (don't worry, he's got one now!!)

Can we get just a small update? Would be greatly appreciated, kthx and hugs! <3

Looks like your brother's account has already been addressed after he placed his most recent petition. I'd advise he check his e-mail (and his spam filters, just in case) and give logging in another shot. >^.^<
