Looking at the account, Eonicle, I see that you were able to regain access to it. At this point I would like you want to make sure you take the necessary steps to secure your computer and recover any missing items.
- Computer security, should be a top priority. If your computer is infected with a keylogger, your account information can get out regardless of how creative your password is. Run multiple virus scans and remember that there isn't a single anti virus program that will catch every single virus out there.

- After securing your computer, change the password associated to your battle.net account and personal e-mail account. Make sure your battle.net password is completely different than your e-mail password.

- Once you are comfortable, log back in to the game and open an in game support ticket.

It is important that you continue checking your system for additional malware to prevent future compromises.
In addition to computer security, you may wish to look into obtaining a Blizzard authenticator for your account.
