Need help from a blue

So my account was hacked January 2010 when I quit. I came back last week returning for cataclysm. I found out my account was hacked, so I called via phone, and they sent me an account recovery form. I filled it out, got the account back under my bnet but it was perm banned. They told me they would do an investigation. (This was 2 weeks ago). I emailed wowaccountadmin email and they told me the account was closed because of "virtual sale", which I had nothing to do with as I haven't used my account since January.

Can a blue tell me if my account is still under investigation or if they are done investigating it?

From what I am able to determine after reviewing the account is that the account has been reviewed twice now and the closure will not be reversed.

The best department to contact regarding account closures and such would be Account Administration, which is looks as though you are currently doing so. I show you have an email in their inbox awaiting a reply.
