Internal Mail Database Error

I want move my toon to a new server, but cannot because I have mail that I can’t delete. When I try to delete the mail I get Internal Mail Database Error. I have delete my WTF, Interface, and Cache folders, but it I'm still getting the same error. Also, I tried running the repair tool, but had the same result. Please help!
