Internal bad error re: Buying Spices

About 1.5 - 2 weeks ago, I posted a help request re: INTERNAL BAG ERROR when attempting to buy Northern Spices with my cooking tokens. A GM got back to me within a few days to tell me it's a known issue since the patch, and they're going to fix it ASAP.

Tried again today after maintenance, and neither eligible toon can buy spices, even with all add-ons disabled.

Why is this still not working?

Unfortunately, there is no current ETA of when this will be fixed, my apologies. =/
