Demon, this account is not banned, it's locked. We have to know that you have secured your system and email before we can unlock this.

This account looks like it's been repeatedly compromised in the past. It is crucial that your password and account information be kept safe. Most recently, looks like May and June had an issue and that you reported this again in August.

From your description of that email - that does sound like a phish. That's one of the more common ways that they trick players out of their information. You need to ALWAYS check the internal routing headers on ANY email to determine the true sender. The FROM line in an email is terribly easy to alter and should never be trusted.

I'd also highly recommend that you add an authenticator to your account for an additional layer of security.
