Draconic for Dummies, Chapter VI.

I am currently working on the quest line for the scepter of the shifting sand and I am on the part "the only prescription" and I need to kill onyxia for the last chapter of this book... I have just slain onyxia in 10player mode and did not get my chapter... is there any possible way to have it given to me? I have completed all the quests up to this point and cannot move forward without this.

the kill happened around 5:44 US Central time.. also nobody else looted it and , I checked the log.

This is a situation that our Game Masters may be able to assist with, Dexterous. If the item was there and you simply were unable to loot it (or see it, which seems it may have been the case), the item may still be recoverable with the proper log searches. While I cannot make any guarantees, it definitely could not hurt to submit a petition.
