this is my 2nd attempt to try to contact a GM , I recruited my sister well over a month ago , and she really liked the game and so i bought the retail game ( world of warcraft) after not knowing i payed 3 months BY CREDIT CARD , so in order for me to get te rewards( mount and free month) il have to wait the full 30 days are over ( from the free month of the retail game) Its been well over 40(because of the 10 days trial aswell) days now and i have yet to receive my mount and free month , she checked her account ( it said that it would renew on 25th of october however we're the 26th and it still says "pending")and her 3 months payment are still " Pending " however she can still log in and play ( She has her 3 months ) but for some reason it won't give me my rewards , (and yes we're linked ) So please help me blizzard , i have been waiting a LONG time for this mount i just want my rocket and my free month.
