I sent in a ticket a week ago, give or take.

Problem : I have not earned the achievement for "Earning a Dalaran cooking award" when I clearly have 7 Dalaran cooking awards. This number will increase each day as I do the Dalaran cooking daily.

Initially I got the ticket text as "Due to the high number yadda yadda yadda".

Now my ticket simply reads "Your ticket has been escalated".

Does this mean it has been bumped up in front of other tickets? Does this mean it has been sent to someone higher up then the normal Tech support fellow? Where exactly has been ticket been escalated to?

Does this mean my problem will take even longer to be dealt with?

I am only curious as I have had no feedback about my problem so far (except for the cryptic text) and now the ticket bar at the top of the screen is beginning to become bothersome by covering up active buffs.

When a petition is escalated it is sent up for more extensive reviewing, Ecian. Please leave your petition open until you hear back with the final outcome. Your petition is still awaiting a final review and we are looking into what our options to assist you are. :0)
