A few weeks ago when you guys were running the Blizzcon 48-hour store sale, I purchased about $200+ worth of merchandise. A partial shipment was processed sending out two posters which I have currently received. However the other $185.00 worth of merchandise has not been processed on the order status page. All I see is Pre-sale, however my credit card has been charged. The expected ship date is 10/21 and it is now 10/26. I would like some information in regards to at least the status of my order so I know that somebody didn't just run off with my money. I cannot find any information on the forums in regards to the situation. If I had known this was going to happen, I would've purchased the merchandise directly when I was at Blizzcon. There is alot of frustration in the past several days when attempting to reach a customer service representative for some information as the queues have been constantly full and nobody has responded to my email inquiry. Because the Blizzcon ticket was purchased under a friend's account the merchandise had to be ordered this way also according to a phone representative. The account information of the persons in-game name is Hivvy and the realm is Ursin. My order number is #14965751.
I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could atleast give me an ETA or status update on my order.
