Blizzcon Pre-Sale Shipment Failure?

I did the Blizzcon pre-sale on October 10. For the last few weeks, the "expected ship date" has been October 21, 2010. However, that date has come and gone. To be honest, I was expecting to receive this merchandise on Saturday, October 22, as I paid for next-day delivery. After that, I assumed that it wouldn't be shipping because of the sheer amount of chaos at Blizzard after Blizzcon.

However, I have received no information from Blizzard regarding my two orders through the Blizzard Store. If there has been a delay in production or a shipping problem, that's perfectly fine, but I would like to at least know when I can expect to receive my order. I'm already a bit frustrated because I could have simply waited in line and received the items.

I've also sent emails to the support store and Twitter messages to the BlizzardCS. I would greatly appreciate some information as to the status of the two orders. I did not include the order numbers in this post as I didn't know if this is a good place to put them. I spent nearly $200 and I'd like to know if a kobold ran off with it.

Darn kobolds.

I may be able to provide you an order status, Lyssina, however I do not show any BlizzCon Pre-Sale orders being placed on the account you are posting from.

Could you please provide me a character name and realm of the account the order was placed on?

At this time, we are still awaiting information as to the status of BlizzCon presale orders. I can assure you the order you placed is still in our database. When more information becomes available I will update the thread.
