Ok so we tried the account recovery and because the account has been banned it will not let us go any further. We have run MS security suite and nothing came up as well as we downloaded the Malabytes software and it found nothing on her computer. If theres any other advice please post. I'd recommend calling Billing then for assistance in first getting back into control of the account.
They can also send this along to start an investigation.
