It's not at all uncommon for accounts to suffer consequences of what was done with them during a compromise.
They don't steal these to do 'nice' things with them.
That's all taken into account when we do a restoration review. What's vital at the moment is to find out how they got their hands on her information to get into the account.
It's incredibly important to make certain both her system and her email account are secure or the chances of this happening all over again are VERY high.
