Ignored by GMs?

So I had a ticket logged regarding broken RNG over the past few days.

After waiting the majority of the day (don't particularly mind the waiting part), instead of actually getting a GM response, I get asked to fill a survey. With absolutely no questions, not so much as even a hello. Now I've had an issue similar to this over the past couple of days relating to not being answered by a GM and having to come on here then abandoning my ticket in game.

What gives? Is my line to you guys dead or something? Help me out here?

You were sent an ingame mail on this, Beats - I see it in your email right now.

This is not something the Game Master staff has any control over, even if there were an issue - which in this particular case there doesn't seem to be.

Random is random and while you may observe 'streaks', that's perfectly normal under a system of that type.
